EXPOTROF’s Parallel Events highlight culinary trends

A rich culinary program of parallel events full of knowledge and information will take place at the 9th EXPOTROF – The Greek Fine Food Exhibition, from February 4 to 6, 2023, at the MEC Peanias.

The 9th EXPO adopts a unique concept for domestic market, dedicating each day of its holding to a modern culinary trend. Sustainability, Farm to Table and Authenticity are the triptych on which all the parallel events of this year’s exhibition are based. Theory and Practice will meet in the Premium exhibition spaces with guests who will cook and discuss the three trends that have dominated the gastronomy industry. Every day distinguished guests from the fields of gastronomy, marketing and social media will talk about the culinary trends that dominate at an international level, they will present us with success stories and cooking techniques in a rich program of open space seminars.

In the program of parallel events, the successful Workshop modules dedicated to the next culinary generation (Generation Next) and best practices (FoodInions) remain stable, while new ones are added, such as Food Expert Stories. At the same time, the favorite event “Cooking Greece” and the host Chef Kostas Bougiouris, through delicious local recipes, will “travel” the visitors of the exhibition to the Greek territory.
