A rich gastronomic programme of parallel events full of knowledge, information and technique is presented every year at EXPOTROF – The Greek Fine Food.

EXPOTROF adopts a unique concept for domestic standards, dedicating all the days of the exhibition to modern gastronomic trends through three different stages. Information, technique and tasting are the triptych that characterizes EXPOTROF events and is based on the three pillars of modern gastronomy – Sustainability, Farm to Table and Authenticity.

EXPOTROF – The Greek Fine Food Exhibition , always a pioneer in the promotion of modern gastronomic trends and traditional cuisine, holds a number of gastronomic events that highlight premium Greek products and welcomes professionals of the sector who have distinguished themselves for their contribution to Greek cuisine, with the aim of informing professionals of the sector about new trends in the industry.

Distinguished chefs from every corner of Greece take to the stage of “Cooking Greece” and through delectable culinary events they “travel” us through the Greek territory and beyond.

At the same time, guest chefs present techniques and cook live signature dishes, created exclusively for EXPOTROF with products of the exhibitors.
