The Region of the Ionian Islands continues the promotion of the products of the Ionian land, offering its presence to the 5th Food & Beverage exhibition, EXPOTROF 2018.
High quality dairy products, inspired sausages, Egklouvis lentils, excellent virgin olive oil, spirits and liqueurs are just some of the gastronomic diamonds of the Ionian Islands, that will have the opportunity to enjoy the visitors of the 5th EXPOTROF from 26th to 29th January 2018 at the Olympic fencing Center in Elliniko.
EXPOTROF hosts for this year as well, a prominent place for the Region of the Ionian Islands with a single pavilion from the islands of Corfu, Lefkada, Kefallonia, Zakynthos, Ithaca, Kythira and Paxoi. The quality of the raw materials and the excellent art of Chefs of the Ionian land, have brought the Ionian cuisine to a very high position, increasing the interest of entrepreneurs and consumers for its unique flavors.
The participating companies from the Ionian Islands, will have the opportunity to highlight their excellent quality products of their land and make them known, both in Greek and Western European markets. Likewise, friends of the Ionian Sea will have the opportunity to enjoy authentic high quality products, traditional recipes of the Ionian land, as well as other gastronomic surprises by the seal of the Ionian Islands.
